TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service include the Introduction and Acceptance, Risk Disclaimers and Disclosures, general service terms, and Refund & Cancellation Policy governing use of F.B.C ULTRA. Each incorporated policy forms part of the overall agreement and must be read together with these Terms.

 

OVERVIEW

​

This website and the F.B.C ULTRA Charting Platform are operated by Forex Ballers Club (Pty) Ltd a South African based software company. Throughout these Terms of Service (“Terms”), the words “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Forex Ballers Club (Pty) Ltd. F.B.C ULTRA and ULTRA workspace is the product and charting platform operated by the company and is not a separate legal entity. We make available the website, workspace, charting platform, indicators, tools, educational content and related services (collectively, the “Service”), subject to your acceptance of these Terms and any applicable policies incorporated herein.

By visiting our website, creating an account, purchasing or activating a product or Subscription, accessing the platform, or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to read these Terms and agree to be bound by them, including the Risk Disclaimers and Disclosures, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any other terms expressly incorporated herein. These Terms apply to all users of the website and Service, including visitors, account holders and customers. Where express electronic acceptance is required, you must provide that acceptance before accessing restricted features, including charts and indicators.

You expressly acknowledge that the Risk Disclaimers and Disclosures form an integral part of these Terms. You confirm that you have had the opportunity to read and understand the risks associated with trading, the limitations of indicators and analytical tools, the use of third-party market data, and the absence of any guarantee of profits or trading outcomes. Your acceptance of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the Risk Disclaimers and Disclosures. If you do not agree to these Terms or any applicable incorporated policy, you must not access or use the relevant part of the Service.

If you purchase a Subscription, the purchase details presented at checkout and any applicable product specific terms will also apply. Where a conflict arises, the specific purchase terms will prevail only to the extent that they expressly address the relevant issue; otherwise, these Terms will apply.

Any new features, tools, content, instruments or services added to our products and services will also be subject to these Terms unless we expressly state otherwise. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting revised terms or changes on our website. Where a change materially affects your Subscription, we will notify you in advance. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of or access to the website, F.B.C ULTRA charting platform or indicators following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We do not guarantee that the website or any part of the Service will be available, uninterrupted or error-free at all times. We will not be liable for any unavailability of the website or Service. Further provisions relating to service availability, interruptions, modifications and discontinuation are addressed in these Terms.

SECTION 1 — GENERAL TERMS AND SCOPE

1.1 Definitions

“F.B.C ULTRA” means the charting platform, workspace, indicator, website, software, tools and related products and services operated by Forex Ballers Club (Pty) Ltd.

“Service” means any software, workspace, charting platform, indicator, tool, website, application, account, educational material or related service made available by Forex Ballers Club (Pty) Ltd.

“Subscription” means a paid period of access to a Service. “User”, “you” or “your” means the person accessing or using a Service or purchasing a Subscription.

 

“Content” means all text, graphics, videos, educational material, software, algorithms, indicators, charts, documentation and other material made available through a Service.

 

“Third-Party Provider” means an external data provider, broker, exchange, charting technology provider, hosting provider, payment processor, authentication provider or other external service provider.

1.2 Nature and Scope of the Service

Forex Ballers Club (Pty) Ltd provides software and charting tools designed to assist users in viewing and analysing financial markets and market data. F.B.C ULTRA may identify, display or calculate market structure, reference levels, potential areas of interest, potential targets, invalidation levels, trends, technical conditions and other analytical information using software and technical logic.

Forex Ballers Club (Pty) Ltd does not provide personalised financial or investment advice, portfolio management, account management, buy/sell signals, copy trading, discretionary trading, trade execution on your behalf or management of your trading funds. The Service is a software and charting tool, not a managed trading service or a financial advisory service. Your purchase of, access to or use of the Service does not establish a financial advisory, investment advisory, fiduciary, or client-adviser relationship between you and Forex Ballers Club (Pty) Ltd. Our provision of charting software, technical indicators, analytical outputs, educational content or customer support does not constitute personalised financial or investment advice. You remain solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.

F.B.C ULTRA is a charting and analytical tool only. It does not connect to, access or operate your brokerage or trading account, and it does not support placing, transmitting, executing or managing trades. You cannot place trades through the F.B.C ULTRA charting Platform.

Forex Ballers Club (Pty) Ltd is not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian or provider of brokerage services, and does not hold or control your trading funds. Any trading account, order placement or execution must be handled separately through a broker or trading platform of your choice.

 

Outputs are informational and educational. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, unavailable or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for deciding whether, when and how to use any output.

1.3 Communications and Educational Content

Communications from Forex Ballers Club (Pty) Ltd, including emails, messages, social-media content, videos, educational material and support communications, are not personalised financial or investment advice and must not be construed as such. Nothing communicated by us should be interpreted as an instruction or recommendation to enter, exit or maintain a particular financial position.

SECTION 2 — RISK DISCLAIMERS AND DISCLOSURES

2.1 Important Risk Warning

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for every individual. You may lose some or all of your trading capital, and certain leveraged products may result in losses exceeding your initial deposit. Forex Ballers Club (Pty) Ltd provides a charting and analytical platform offering charts, technical indicators, market-data visualisation and related software tools. F.B.C ULTRA is designed to assist users with their own market analysis. It does not eliminate the risks associated with trading or guarantee successful trading outcomes. You should ensure that you understand the risks associated with the instruments and services you choose to use.

2.2 No Financial or Investment Advice

All information, charts, indicators, analytical outputs, educational material and other content provided by Forex Ballers Club (Pty) Ltd are for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing provided by Forex Ballers Club (Pty) Ltd constitutes personalised financial advice, investment advice, portfolio management, account management, a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument, or a solicitation to enter into any transaction. Forex Ballers Club (Pty) Ltd is a software and technology provider. We do not act as a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian or trading intermediary. We do not manage customer trading accounts, hold customer trading funds, execute trades or provide personalised trading recommendations. You are solely responsible for assessing your financial circumstances, objectives, experience and risk tolerance before making any trading or investment decision. Where appropriate, you should seek independent advice from a qualified and authorised professional.

2.3 Software and Indicator Limitations

F.B.C ULTRA provides charting functionality, technical indicators and analytical tools intended to assist users in interpreting market information. These tools are not infallible and should not be treated as a substitute for independent judgement.

Indicators, chart patterns, market-structure analysis, price levels and other analytical outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed or unsuitable for particular market conditions. Their interpretation may vary depending on the instrument, timeframe, data source, configuration, settings and underlying calculation methods.

 

No indicator or analytical tool can predict future market movements with certainty. Market conditions can change rapidly, and an outcome suggested by historical price behaviour or an indicator may not occur in live markets. You are responsible for independently evaluating all information generated or displayed by F.B.C ULTRA before relying on it.

2.4 No Guarantee of Profits or Performance

​Users purchase access to F.B.C ULTRA's charting software, workspace, technical indicators and analytical tools, not financial advice, trading signals or guaranteed profits. Forex Ballers Club (Pty) Ltd does not guarantee any particular trading results, financial returns, level of accuracy, reduction in losses or improvement in trading performance. We make no representation that using any of our products and services will make you a profitable trader or that any particular trading strategy will succeed. Your results may differ significantly from those of other users because of differences in experience, judgement, execution, risk management, trading costs, market conditions and other factors. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. No statement, example, testimonial or historical result should be interpreted as a promise or assurance of future performance.

2.5 Backtested, Hypothetical and Simulated Results

Any historical analysis, backtest, simulated performance, hypothetical example or strategy result published on our website, platform or marketing materials has inherent limitations. Such results may not reflect actual trading and may not account fully for real-world conditions, including:

 

- Liquidity limitations and market depth.
- Bid-ask spreads and changes in spreads.
- Slippage, order execution delays and rejected orders.
- Brokerage commissions, fees, financing charges and other transaction costs.
- Differences between data feeds and actual executable prices.
- Changing volatility, market conditions and trading-session characteristics.
- Human judgement, execution errors and psychological factors.

2.6 Testimonials and Individual Results

Testimonials, screenshots, trading examples, case studies and performance figures published on our website, platform or marketing materials are provided for illustrative or informational purposes only. Individual results may vary considerably and may not be representative of the results that other users can expect to achieve. Displayed examples do not establish typical results or guarantee that similar outcomes are achievable. Forex Ballers Club (Pty) Ltd does not have access to customers' complete brokerage accounts, trading histories or financial records merely because they use F.B.C ULTRA. We therefore cannot independently verify every reported trading result or determine all the circumstances that contributed to an individual's performance. You should not rely on testimonials or individual results as a prediction of your own potential trading performance.

2.7 Third-Party Market Data: Disclosures and Restrictions

F.B.C ULTRA displays market data from third-party providers, including Hyperliquid and Binance for cryptocurrency markets, and Deriv for forex, synthetic indices, other indices, metals and energies. The specific provider and data available may vary by instrument, market, connection, subscription or operational availability. These providers are independent third parties and are not owned or controlled by Forex Ballers Club (Pty) Ltd; identifying them does not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement.

The availability, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, precision, update frequency, historical coverage and permitted use of third-party data may vary by instrument and provider and may be subject to third-party systems, agreements, licences and restrictions. Data may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, contain gaps, be interrupted or unavailable, or differ from prices displayed by your broker or another trading platform. Differences may arise from data-source selection, pricing methodology, liquidity, instrument specifications, market conditions or other technical factors.

 

Forex Ballers Club (Pty) Ltd does not guarantee that third-party market data will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or suitable for any particular trading purpose. We may not control the underlying data source and cannot guarantee the performance or continued availability of third-party services.

You should independently verify relevant prices, contract specifications, trading hours and other market information with your chosen broker or the relevant provider before making trading decisions. Your use of third-party data through F.B.C ULTRA remains subject to the applicable terms, licences, restrictions and rights of the relevant provider.

 

You agree to comply with applicable provider terms that are properly made available to you and apply to your use. We may restrict, modify or disable access to a data source where reasonably necessary to comply with provider requirements, law, security needs or operational constraints.

You must not scrape, copy, redistribute, republish, retransmit, sell, commercially exploit or provide third-party market data to others except where expressly permitted by the relevant rights holder and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of, or a licence broader than the rights we are authorised to provide in, third-party data.

2.8 Platform Availability and Technical Limitations

F.B.C ULTRA, and the Ultra workspace depends on software, infrastructure, internet connectivity and third-party services to provide its functionality. Access to charts, indicators, historical data, live data or other features may be interrupted, delayed, limited or temporarily unavailable. Technical issues may include connectivity failures, data-feed interruptions, server issues, software defects, browser or device incompatibility, maintenance, updates or changes to third-party services. Chart data or analytical outputs may not always update as expected, and technical functionality may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or the continuous availability of every instrument, timeframe or feature. F.B.C ULTRA and Ultra workspace is a charting and analytical platform only. It does not connect to, access or operate your brokerage or trading account and does not support placing, transmitting, executing or managing trades. Any trading account, order placement or execution must be handled separately through a broker or trading platform of your choice. You must not rely on F.B.C ULTRA as your sole source of information for time-sensitive trading decisions or assume that displayed information is always identical to the prices available for execution through your broker.

2.9 User Responsibility

You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions, strategies, account activity, position sizing, leverage, stop-loss settings and risk-management practices. Before entering a transaction, you should independently assess the relevant market information, confirm the instrument specifications and determine whether the proposed transaction is appropriate for your circumstances. Forex Ballers Club (Pty) Ltd does not assume responsibility for your trading decisions merely because you use F.B.C ULTRA, view its charts, configure its indicators or rely on its analytical outputs. You are responsible for ensuring that your trading activities comply with the laws, regulations and broker requirements applicable to you.

2.10 Acknowledgement and Relationship with These Terms

This Risk Disclaimer forms part of these Terms of Service and supplements the risk-related provisions in these Terms of Service. It must be read together with these Terms of Service, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. The Terms of Service govern access to and use of F.B.C ULTRA, including user obligations, intellectual property, third-party services and market data, platform changes, termination and applicable limitations of liability. Users must accept these Terms of Service before accessing F.B.C ULTRA's charts and features. By purchasing, accessing or using F.B.C ULTRA, you acknowledge the risks described in this Risk Disclaimer. This Risk Disclaimer provides additional information about the risks associated with trading and using the platform; it does not replace the Terms of Service or create a guarantee of any particular service, data quality or trading outcome. If any provision of this Risk Disclaimer conflicts with a binding contractual provision or applicable law, the documents must be interpreted consistently to the extent legally possible, and applicable law will prevail where required.

SECTION 3 — PLATFORM, DATA SOURCES AND AVAILABILITY

3.1 Third-Party Platforms and Technology

​

The Service may depend on third-party platforms, infrastructure, data providers, charting technology, hosting, authentication, payment services, internet services or other external systems. We do not control all aspects of these services, their policies, pricing, availability, technical requirements or continued operation. A Third-Party Provider may change, restrict, suspend or discontinue its services in a way that affects F.B.C ULTRA.

Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider’s own terms, policies, account requirements and charges. You are responsible for maintaining any third-party account or subscription that is expressly required for your use of a Service.

3.2 Platform Changes, Upgrades and Migration

We may change, replace, upgrade or migrate the underlying technology, platform, infrastructure, data source or delivery method used to provide a Service, including during a Subscription period. Reasons may include third-party changes, technical or security requirements, availability, compatibility, legal requirements, operational needs, or development and improvement of the Service.

Where reasonably practicable, we will seek to maintain access to the purchased Service or provide substantially equivalent functionality or a reasonable replacement or migration arrangement. A change to underlying technology or delivery method does not, by itself, cancel a Subscription or create an automatic refund entitlement where we continue to provide the purchased Service or a reasonable alternative.

Features, instruments, data sources, integrations and functionality may change over time. We do not promise that every feature or integration will remain available indefinitely. Where a material change substantially affects an existing paid Service, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice where appropriate.

3.3 Availability, Errors and Compatibility

We aim to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available service. Interruptions may arise from maintenance, upgrades, technical or security incidents, infrastructure failures, Third-Party Provider outages, market-data interruptions, internet connectivity, platform changes or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device, browser, operating system and internet connection meet the Service’s stated requirements. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device, browser, operating system, broker, instrument or third-party application. Where third-party software or accounts are required, you are responsible for maintaining them. Further information about technical limitations is provided in our Risk Disclaimer.

3.4 Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms. We are not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, policies, pricing or functionality of a Third-Party Provider, subject to any responsibilities imposed on us by applicable law.

SECTION 4 — SUBSCRIPTIONS, ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS

4.1 Subscriptions, Access and Licence

​

The applicable Subscription period, price, renewal terms and included services will be presented before purchase. A Subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the relevant Service during the paid period, in accordance with these Terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a purchase does not transfer ownership of any software, intellectual property, algorithms, source code, data, technology or Content. Your access ends when the Subscription expires or is validly terminated, subject to any applicable paid-period access and mandatory legal rights.

4.2 Account Security and Device Controls

​

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised. You must not permit another person to use your account or Subscription unless we expressly authorise it in writing.

We may use reasonable account, session and device controls to protect the Platform, enforce access limits, detect unauthorised access and prevent account sharing or misuse.

4.3 Account Sharing and Unauthorised Access

​

Unless expressly authorised in writing, you may not share credentials, sell or transfer access, sublicense or resell a Subscription, provide unauthorised access to another person, circumvent access controls, access another user’s account, or allow another person to use your Subscription for their own benefit.

Where we reasonably believe that unauthorised sharing, circumvention or access has occurred, we may investigate and take proportionate measures, including requiring verification, restricting sessions, suspending access or terminating an account, subject to applicable law.

4.4 Refunds and Cancellations

​

Refunds, duplicate purchases, subscription cancellations and service-issue remedies are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy which forms part of these Terms.

SECTION 5 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND ACCEPTABLE USE

5.1 Intellectual Property

​

All intellectual property rights in the Service and Content belong to Forex Ballers Club (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. This includes software, source code, algorithms, indicators, technical logic, designs, graphics, trademarks, logos, educational material, videos, documentation, website content, databases and proprietary technology.

Except for the limited licence expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit any part of the Service or Content, or reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble software, except to the extent that a restriction is prohibited by applicable law or we have given prior written permission.

Any third-party names, marks, data or technology remain the property of their respective owners. No rights in third-party materials are granted except as expressly authorised by the relevant rights holder.

5.2 Prohibited Use

​

You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes; violate applicable laws; infringe intellectual property or other rights; circumvent security or access controls; interfere with the operation of the Service; scrape, copy or systematically extract proprietary Content or data without permission; reverse engineer the Service except where legally permitted; redistribute or commercially exploit the Service without permission; impersonate us or another user; introduce malicious code; or act in a way that could reasonably damage the Service, its infrastructure or other users.

SECTION 6 — WARRANTIES, LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY

6.1 Warranties and Disclaimers

​

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, always available, accurate, complete, suitable for every user, compatible with every third-party system or capable of producing any particular trading result.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

​

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Forex Ballers Club (Pty) Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from or relating to use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Subject to applicable law, this includes loss of profits, revenue, trading capital, business opportunities, data, anticipated savings or other economic benefit, and losses arising from trading or investment decisions made by you or from third-party data or services.

6.3 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for independently evaluating whether the Service is appropriate for your circumstances, verifying information before acting on it, maintaining your own security controls and obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate. The software does not replace your own judgment, research or risk management. Trading-specific responsibilities and risk disclosures are set out in our Risk Disclaimer.

6.4 Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Forex Ballers Club (Pty) Ltd against third-party claims and reasonable costs to the extent directly arising from your unlawful use of the Service, material breach of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.

6.5 Performance Examples

Any testimonials, screenshots, case studies, demonstrations or performance examples are subject to the disclosures in our Risk Disclaimer.

SECTION 7 — TERMINATION, CHANGES AND COMMUNICATIONS

7.1 Suspension and Termination

​

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, prevent fraud or unauthorised access, address account sharing or abuse, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect users or third parties. Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. We may act without prior notice where reasonably necessary to address an urgent security, legal or abuse risk.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued before termination. Provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination, including those concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification and disputes, will continue to apply subject to applicable law.

7.2 Changes to These Terms of Service and Incorporated Policies

Forex Ballers Club (Pty) Ltd may amend, update or replace these Terms of Service and any policies or documents incorporated into them from time to time, subject to applicable law. These Terms of Service include the Risk Disclaimers and Disclosures, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement governing access to and use of F.B.C ULTRA and our related Services. This general amendment provision applies to the agreement as a whole, including its incorporated policies. Any policy-specific update provision must be read consistently with this section.

We may make changes to reflect changes to F.B.C ULTRA, our Services, technology, security requirements, business operations, third-party services or data providers, or applicable law. We will make updated versions available through the website or Platform and identify the effective date where appropriate.

Updated Terms generally apply to future purchases and renewals from the stated effective date. Where a change is material and affects an existing Subscription, we will take reasonable steps to give notice where appropriate. If express acceptance is required by applicable law or is reasonably necessary for a material change, we will request that acceptance before applying the change to the affected user or Service.

If you do not agree to a material change, you may stop using the affected Service and contact us regarding the effect on your existing Subscription. Disagreement with an update does not, by itself, create an automatic right to a refund. Any cancellation, refund or other remedy remains subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the circumstances of the change and applicable law.

Nothing in this section permits us to retrospectively remove accrued rights, override mandatory consumer or data-protection rights, or exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We will not impose a material retrospective change where prohibited by law. Continued use after an update takes effect may constitute acceptance only where legally valid and where any required notice or affirmative acceptance requirements have been met.

7.3 Electronic Communications and Acceptance

We may communicate with you electronically, including by email, through the Platform or through other electronic channels associated with your account. Electronic records, notices, acknowledgements and acceptances may be used as evidence of transactions and agreements to the extent permitted by law. Where a checkbox or other affirmative acceptance is presented, you should read the relevant terms and select the acceptance control only if you agree. We may retain records of acceptance and the applicable version of the Terms to the extent reasonably necessary for administration, security and legal purposes.

SECTION 8 — LEGAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TERMS

8.1 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to any mandatory rights or protections applicable to you under law. Disputes will be dealt with under applicable South African law and by competent South African courts, subject to any mandatory jurisdictional rights available to a consumer.

8.2 Severability

​

If any provision is found invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, it will be severed or limited only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

8.3 No Waiver

​

A failure or delay by us in exercising a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

8.4 Entire Agreement

​

These Terms, the Risk Disclaimer, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, form the consolidated legal agreement governing your use of the Service, together with any additional terms expressly applicable to a particular product or transaction. The Risk Disclaimer supplements the risk-related provisions of these Terms and does not replace them. All provisions remain subject to mandatory law.

SECTION 9 — REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

9.1 Scope

​

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Refund Policy”) applies to purchases and subscriptions for products and services provided by Forex Ballers Club (Pty) Ltd. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

9.2 Digital Service and Immediate Access

​

Forex Ballers Club (Pty) Ltd provides digital software, charting tools, indicators, Platform access and related digital services. Access may be activated immediately after successful payment. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the digital service begins immediately. Once access has been activated and used, it cannot practically be returned or “unconsumed”.​ Where a checkout flow includes a separate acknowledgement concerning immediate access or commencement of digital services, you should read it carefully before accepting.

9.3 Refunds

Purchases are final once F.B.C ULTRA access has been activated and used.

We do not generally provide refunds because a customer changes their mind, decides they no longer want the Service, does not use the Service, does not achieve expected trading results, enters incorrect account or login information, loses access to a third-party account or platform, is unfamiliar with trading or charting software, or is dissatisfied, or for any other reason. Disagreement with updated Terms, a platform upgrade, technology change or migration does not, by itself, create an automatic right to a refund where we continue to provide the purchased Service or a reasonable alternative or migration arrangement.

9.4 Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product or Subscription more than once, contact support with the relevant transaction details. Where we confirm that the transactions are genuine duplicate purchases, we may refund the duplicate transaction, subject to verification and applicable law.

9.5 Service Issues

​

If a technical problem prevents you from accessing or using a paid Service, contact support and provide reasonable details so that we can investigate. Where appropriate, we may restore access, correct the issue, extend the Subscription period or provide another appropriate resolution. This process does not remove any mandatory legal remedy that may apply.

9.6 Subscription Cancellation

For recurring Subscriptions, cancellation prevents future renewal. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise at purchase, cancellation does not ordinarily entitle you to a refund for the current paid period, and access will normally remain available until the end of that period. The cancellation method and any applicable notice period will be shown in the relevant account or purchase flow.

9.7 Third-Party Platforms and Migration

F.B.C ULTRA may depend on third-party platforms, data providers and technology. Changes, restrictions or discontinuation by a Third-Party Provider do not automatically entitle you to a refund where Forex Ballers Club (Pty) Ltd continues to provide the purchased Service or a reasonable alternative or migration arrangement.

9.8 Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
