INDICATOR LICENCING:

• The F.B.C Indicator is licensed to one TradingView username and/or one MT5 account per individual purchase.

​

• After purchase, the buyer is required to provide their TradingView username and/or MT5 account number. This is done to prevent unauthorized sharing or redistribution of the indicator.

​

If a user wishes to activate the indicator on multiple accounts, they must purchase a separate license for each account.

​

Failure to provide the correct information upon request will result in the need to purchase an additional license at full price.

​

We do not have access to clients' brokerage accounts, and therefore we cannot be held responsible for account closures, login issues, or broker-related problems. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their account remains active and accessible.

​

We do, however, understand that errors can happen. If:

​

• Your broker shuts down,

• Your account becomes permanently inaccessible, or

• You accidentally provided incorrect account details.

​

You may request a license transfer. In these cases, a 50% fee of the original purchase price will be charged to issue a new license tied to a different account/username.

Clients must do so before their current active plan expires else a new plan will need to be purchased for the full price. Failure to adhere to the above requirements will result in your request being declined.

DISTRIBUTION OF OUR COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS:

If a user is found sharing access to the indicator or attempting to reverse-engineer it, we reserve the right to terminate access without refund.

Before purchasing, clients must ensure that:

• They can access the root directory of their MetaTrader 5 platform.

• Their computer and MT5 platform support custom indicators.

• Their computer or mobile device can access the internet.

• They have the technical ability to create a Tradingview profile.

We do not provide refunds for issues related to user-side compatibility or installation difficulties. Clients are urged to verify platform compatibility before completing their purchase to ensure a smooth setup experience.
