Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms of Use apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Forex Ballers Club is NOT a financial services provider, nor do we provide financial advice. We merely provide educational training & tools to individuals who trade forex and other trading instruments within the financial markets and is for educational purposes only. Trading forex and other related financial instruments involves a high degree of risk to your capital and accumulated profits; in this regard the chance of losing more than your initial investment is probable.

VARIATIONS:

Forex Ballers Club reserves the right to change any information related to this site at any time, without notice at its sole discretion. It is the users responsibility to make visits to this website's Terms And Conditions frequently to stay updated on any changes. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

GOVERNING LAW:

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

ADDITIONAL TERMS OF USE:

Please note that the F.B.C Inception system is locked to one live trade account per individual. Individuals who purchase the system are required to provide us with a live MT4/MT5 account number in their name in order for the system to work and function correctly. We do this to prevent illegal redistribution.

Failure to provide the correct account number upon request will result in the individual having to purchase another license of the system.

Distribution of your copy of the system is strictly prohibited and will not work as each individual copy of the system is unique in the sense that it is “Locked” to a single trade account that you have provided to us after purchase.

If you attempt to disassemble the system, we have measures in place that will cause the software to provide “false” signals and will essentially deem your copy of the system unusable and a new copy will need to be purchased. Any attempts at tampering with or attempting to disassemble the source code of the system will result in you being banned from our website and our services and will no longer receive support.

If you want the system to work on more than one trade account, another copy of the system must be purchased. Note that you can load the system using the trading account you provided to us and execute it on another trading account using your mobile device or a device that the system is not loaded on. This way you can use the account that the system is locked to on your PC to receive the signals, and log in to another trading account on your mobile device where you execute the signals if you ever feel the need to change brokers. Trades do not need to be executed on the account to which the software is locked.

We will not be held responsible for the closing of users trade accounts and it's up to the user to make sure their accounts remain active. If the users broker happens to close down, or the users trade account is no longer accessible or the user provides us with the incorrect account number upon request, a 50% admin fee will be charged to generate you a new license for a new trade account.

Note: This can only be done once per client & proof that you can no longer access the account will also need to be provided .

If you leave the Forex Ballers Club group by accident or for any reason we reserve the right to charge R250 to generate another invite link.

Refund Policy

All sales are final

REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds for any products/services offered by Forex Ballers Club (Pty) Ltd.

Since we provide non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and product is sent. Please note that we offer digital products, so there is no way to close access to the files that you’ve already received.

All sales are final. Once payment has been processed, the transaction will be deemed final and complete. We urge potential buyers to meticulously read license descriptions, peruse available information, and ascertain that the system aligns with their educational aspirations prior to purchase..

Refunds will not be issued in situations as follows:

- You have changed your mind about using our product and services.

- You purchased our product/services by mistake.

- You do not have sufficient expertise to use the Forex Ballers Club Inception System.

- You have purchased the Forex Ballers Club Inception System without knowing you need a laptop/pc.

- You are not able to activate or use the Forex Ballers Club Inception System in time before your membership/license expires.

- You experience dissatisfaction with the Forex Ballers Club Inception System after purchase.

- You provided the wrong MT4/MT5 account number for the Forex Ballers Club Inception system upon request.

- The user can no longer access their trade account the license was generated for.

- The MT4/MT5 platform is no longer available to the user.

- Or for any other reason whatsoever.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Don't be nasty

WHATSAPP MESSAGES:

Having us on WhatsApp at your disposal is a privilege not a necessity and does not form part of any of our membership packages or services.

Community members are to be respectable at all times. Under no circumstance will rudeness be tolerated at Forex Ballers Club to any of our staff members. Doing so will result in being blocked on WhatsApp and communication will then take place via email for the duration of your subscription.

Being argumentative and rude will result in being blocked on WhatsApp.

RESPONSE TIME:

Please be aware that we experience high volume of messages and emails. We will do everything within reason to address and resolve your concerns within reasonable time and when possible, however, phone calls at inconvenient hours of the night, & sending question marks or spam texting will result in your number being blocked for calls & on WhatsApp and communication will then take place via email for the duration of your subscription.

COMMUNITY MEMBERS BEING ASSOCIATED WITH SCAM GROUPS:

If any of our community members are to be found in groups that infringe on our copyrighted work or that intend to distribute our system illegally they will be removed from our group without prior warning and will also result in being banned from our website and our services and will no longer receive support.

Please note: Failing to comply with any of our community guidelines will lead to an immediate & permanent ban on this website and from our services. The ban will not be lifted under any circumstances whatsoever. All bans are permanent. We take our community guidelines very seriously and under no circumstances will our services be abused.
